Lead developer
As a lead developer (Dutch speaking) you will be in charge of the development team for operational day-2-day business. You will be the 'spider in the web' when it comes to our IT landscape. The CTO will be your point of contact who will help you with the strategy and taking decisions.

You need to be a code wizard, who just loves to build innovative software with the newest techniques, and need to have at least 5 years of experience, preferably with leading a team.
Office manager
Our office is fun, and it needs to stay that way. Nonetheless it would be very welcome if someone sets out some guidelines and sets everybody in line.
Preferably with that 'mother-like feeling' and not a military hat.
